Paparazzi And Nikon D40

My favorite techno 2010

Here are some devices that impressed me in 2010

Top Speakers Dali Ikon 6 ($ 1,995)

The versatile speakers that will do the same joy that fans of classic rock. Like all products Dali, they marry well with other products or Scandinavian with ICEpower technology (Bel Canto Pioneer).

Home Theater Receiver Pioneer SC-37 ($ 2,499)

The master class. Power and versatility. It is also performance with 2 channel music with action films. Its system calibration is complete. As a bonus, it is compatible 3D.

Sublime with image and sound. It is a true universal player which will give all the wealth in your CD, SACD , HDCD, DVD and (of course) Blu-ray. By cons, it is not compatible with the 3D, but ...

Apple iPad (from $ 549)

Try it and want one!

A device that surprises with its speed which is greater than what we ' expected of a processor producing so few GHz. As a second computer, it is not better.

Sharp TV series Quattron (at from $ 1,299)

The best TV I was fortunate to have before. I had the chance to use it for a few weeks and I have one word to say: WOW!

Homemade Paintball Tank

The "out" technology in 2011!

Here's my humble list of what to avoid doing technologically in 2011:

  • Encoder his music in MP3 128k.
  • Scan old photos without cropping and distribute them in low resolution.
  • Do not worry about his privacy in Facebook.
  • Engage in a debate against Mac PC or vice versa (zzzzzzz).
  • Queuing for three days to get the new gadget.
  • Copy Microsoft Office when you can use OpenOffice free and legally.
  • Do not want to pay $ 1.29 for a song, but pay $ 2.00 for a ringing cell phone.
  • systematically demolish a new product without having tried.
  • Install a home theater in failing to install speakers. Watch
  • regular cable with the image stretched on an HDTV.
  • Strolling in a public place (shopping, bank) with his Bluetooth headset.
  • Believe systematically email content without verification (eg, "Venus will be visible as the moon this week ..." or "MSN will be paid starting next month ...").
iPad was a great success despite the negative comments of the so-called experts in the world at its launch in April 2010.

Does Carrot Lotion Help With Tanning

Stargate, is this the end?

SyFy The network did not order Third season for Stargate Universe. The next 10 episodes to be broadcast after the holiday season will be the last. Again, here is a series that is off the air when it began to take off. From Moreover, we have more new films Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis, which had already be shot.

I wish all the episodes are not already occurred. I wish that the series ends with an end and not on a "forward".

Germany's Greatest War Heroes

John Lennon: 30 years already!

When John Lennon was murdered Dec. 8, 1980, I had hardly gotten to know his music. At the time, unlike my friends from school, I was interested in little groups of the 60s and early 70s as the Doors, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. For me it was The Police, The B-52's and Madness. The only "old group" which began to be interested were the Rolling Stones and the Beatles.

The teenager that I was rather marked by the death of Lennon. I remember the radio, we heard the song (Just Like) Starting Over repeatedly. It was difficult for me to believe that it could be lashing out at a pacifist ...

30 years after his death, he who claimed to be more popular than Jesus is still very present in popular culture. The Beatles songs to sell a ton to the iTunes Store, and full output last year was out of stock for several weeks. Most recently, the complete discography of John Lennon was right in dubbing digital. bet you find several copies in under Christmas trees.

Gay Cruise Spots In Baton Rouge

Essentials of science fiction 2: The time travel

Machine to travel back in time with Rod Taylor (1960)
The journey through time, one of the most popular science fiction. Since novel The Time Machine by HG Wells (1895), travel time is an endless source of inspiration for thousands of films, television episodes, novels or comics. Among my favorite tracks are:

The Adventures of Blake and Mortimer: The diabolical trap Edgar P. Jacob.

In this comic, Dr. Mortimer inherits Chronoscaph, a machine to travel back in time created by his enemy, Professor Milos. Listening only to his scientific curiosity, Professor Mortimer take place at the controls of the aircraft that became his prison time.

Star Trek: The city on the edge of forever.

This episode is probably one of the best in the original series of Star Trek. Inoculated by mistake with a powerful stimulant, Doctor McCoy flees the Enterprise to the nearest planet. On this last, he came across the Guardian which is a portal into the past of the Earth. McCoy in the crossing, is found in 1929 during the Great crisis. The doctor by his actions will change the course of history to the Nazi victory in winning the second World War. Kirk and Spock have no choice but to find the doctor to repair his blunder.

The enigmatic scientist
La Jetée by Chris Marker

This short film of 1962 was designed like a picture story. In a postapocalyptic world, a man is sent strength in the past. The majority of subjects who experience the process does not survive or undergo extensive cervical lesions, except the latter. Scholars believe that it survives the trip because they have childhood memories are very strong. One of his memories, is the man who was shot on the pier of the airport. This film will be the basic framework of the film 12 Monkeys Terry Gillian and the main source of inspiration for the Terminator James Cameron.

You will find below the film in its entirety.

To this list I can add the episode Little Green Men Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, 1969 Stargate SG-1 and an honorable mention to Blink Doctor Who.

But the question is: it would be your destination if you had a machine to travel time?
The TARDIS Dr.

Do you have the urge to travel a few days in the future to take note of the winning lottery numbers? What would you do if a consultant in the newspaper next week you will see your name in the Death of The Press?

Are you'd rather you tried to make an omelet with eggs of dinosaur? Would you the intention of sabotaging the brakes of the car to Hitler? What would you do if you fell in love with your great-great-grandmother?

It is true that the temptation to change history would be great, but it begs the question: Is what life would be better if I kill Napoleon or Hitler? But that's a philosophical debate in which I'm not going to get wet. For cons, I think many would go for a walk in Judea around 33 AD, just to see ...

What are the historical figures you'd like to meet? Martin Luther King, Sigmund Freud, La Bolduc or Elvis?

Me, I heard an excerpt from a recent recording of the St. Matthew Passion of Bach himself. It would probably be satisfied with the quality and professionalism of today's musicians. For cons, I think he was suspicious of my iPod. Instead, I try to engage me as an extra in a film by Charlie Chaplin.

Maybe that explains this sequence shot during the premiere of Cirque Chaplin. Watch this lady who seems to speak to her cell phone!

I think if I had a machine like the TARDIS from Doctor Who, I would use it for watching trips. There are so many concerts that I would have liked to see! I would go see the creation of Beethoven's 9th symphony in 1824 and moved me 100 years later to see play Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue in New York. I would probably go to walk in London January 30, 1969 to see the Beatles performing live on the roof of the building of Apple Corps.

I would also attend a concert of André Mathieu Auditorium Plateau in Montreal. I also want to visit my hometown for years 40. I would take the tram and I would walk in the streets of the La Petite-Patrie, Villeray and Plateau. Who knows, I could see my parents or my grandparents!

Always in Montreal, I want to see Jackie Robinson on his uniform Montreal Royals. Apparently there was a whole atmosphere at De Lorimier. Until that visit this time, I will not fail to see Maurice Richard after 5 goals in one game. Hot dogs at the forum were to be cheaper at the time at the Bell Centre today! One should not forget that my camera!

But deep down, perhaps after all these trips I will say that there is finally nothing like this!
